Which Package is Right for my Website?
This depends on the functionality you need - look at the following questions:

• Would you like to sell products which your customer can download? e.g. digital music, video, documentation, software etc.
• Would you like to be able to hide certain products from certain customers?
• Would you like to offer discounts based on products and/or quantity ordered?
• Would you like to offer special discounts, redeemable with a coupon or promotional code?
• Would you like to restrict discounts to certain customer groups?
• Would you like to be able to set up accounts for your regular customers?
• Would you like different customer groups to see different products, store content or prices?
• Would you like your online store to integrate with Sage Line 50 or QuickBooks accounts packages?
• Would you like your products to come from an external database?

Quite simply, if you answered Yes! to any of the above questions, you need the Advanced Package; otherwise the Standard Package is all you need.

What is Included?
The above packages include everything you need to build your own online store website:

• Actinic Catalog/Business Software package - this is an application that runs on your PC, in which you create your online store. You do this by following these simple steps:
  • Enter information about your business
  • Select a layout template & colour scheme
  • Enter information about your products & assign them to product sections
  • Provide images of products
  • Upload website to our servers
• Actinic Web Hosting Package (12 months) - this web hosting package provides everything needed to host an Actinic-generated website, including the facility for Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption (please note that an SSL certificate is also required to provide this functionality)
• Actinic Cover Support Package (12 months) - this support package includes access to the Actinic technical support hotline (provided by Actinic Software, available Mon - Fri, 9:00 - 17:00), as well as free upgrades to the latest versions of the software
• 2 Hours Initial Training - we will come out to your office or home for two hours to assist you with setting up your software, starting to build your website, & uploading it to our servers

What is Not Included?
The above packages do not include the following:

• Professional Design Service - at extra cost, we can design a bespoke template for your website, giving you that professional edge, whilst still allowing you to manage your online store yourself
• Secure Credit Card Payments - in order to accept credit card payments securely, it is necessary to either purchase a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate (available from around £100), so the credit card details can be transmitted from your customer to your website in an encrypted form, or to subscribe to an online payment provider, such as WorldPay or SECPay etc. Our package does not include these charges, as they vary depending on your requirements
